Questions You Might Have
1Can I customize both the front and the back of each weight plate with different designs?
At the moment, we are only permitting either both sides to have the same design and/or text included, or for the plates to have “one side only” option, where one side can be left blank. This is because the printing volume will be too high for us to meet if we allow both sides to be uniquely customized.
2What image formats are accepted for uploading designs, and is there a recommended solution?
We allow for high-quality JPEG’s and PNG’s to be used for whatever imagery you choose. However, SVG’s, also known as Scalable Vector Graphics, are highly recommended. This can help the customer avoid any worry of a “pixelated” design being printed onto the plate, and ensures the highest resolution possible.
3Are the printed designs resistant to wear, sweat, and heavy-duty training environments
Absolutely! We wouldn’t be making gym equipment if we didn’t expect our plates to go through the ringer. Your plates’ designs will have a designated protective layer to ensure your plates stay durable and last as long as possible.
4What range of weight sizes do you offer for customization, and are they suitable for all fitness levels?
If you’re looking for just a quick spice-up for your gym, we have options of plate pairs available in varied sizes and weights. If you’re looking for more of a complete set, look at our plate set options ranging in different weight tiers (e.g. 230lb plate set). And of course this suits all fitness levels – as long as you’re in the gym trying, you belong to the PMP community 🙂
5How long does the customization and shipping process usually take from the time I place my order?
Considering we are operating at “business as usual” status and do not expect supply chain disruptions, We hope it will take about a month from order-to-delivery.
6Will PMP products be offered outside of the U.S.?
At the moment, we are planning on a U.S. launch to assess our fit-to-market. But, as we grow, we plan to open ourselves to all major gym markets!
7I made a mistake in my design. Can I change it or get a refund?
You are able to make changes to your designs all the way up until payment is confirmed. If you have made an error regarding your design and have already paid, please email support@printmyplate.com as soon as possible.
1I have a specific trademarked design/logo that I aim to use and/or have permission to use. How do I go about customizing the plates?
If you are planning to use a patent-protected logo and other materials and designs that are legally protected, please email copyright@printmyplate.com regarding how to approach a solution that works best for you and to show proof of permission to use these materials.
2I am a(n) corporation, commercial gym, or other institution that is looking to have its own branded plates. Are there any discounts or solutions offered for us?

3I am unsure if my design is patented or not, and I want to avoid any legal troubles. What should I do?
We currently follow and abide by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we plan to act as a neutral platform and remove any infringing content. Unless we are provided with proof of rights or authorization, we are expected and reserve the right to take any designs down and/or take plates back if they infringe upon the DMCA act. 1Are there ever any discounts or promotions available for these plates?
Since we are a new business and currently trying to scale, it is hard at the moment to consider any discounts for our products. However, once supply chain logistics become efficient, this can definitely be considered!
2Can I become a brand ambassador or sponsored athlete?

Visit the “contact us” page at the top of the website and submit an inquiry for a potential solution.
5Can I track my package and its ETA? How about where it is in the process?
Once an order number is given, you can track the status of your shipment once details are given to you through your purchase confirmation email.
